From within the WebShuttle Home page, if you click "Download" under the "Actions" column, this will not change the file status to downloaded (yellow flag icon). See image below.
However, if you click directly on voice file under the "File Name" column you will go to File Details page. From here, click the "Download" menu just to the right of the Home menu in the upper left corner and this will change the status of the file. See image below.
