Yes, WebShuttle uses standard 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption (HTTPS). All data is transmitted through this SSL protocol - the same type of security that banks use for their online transactions.
If using WebShuttle with DocShuttle FTP software, files are also transferred to the WebShuttle site using 256-bit encryption. DocShuttle also has the ability to send files through FTPS (SSL over FTP) on port 990 or port 2500.
