Yes, DocShuttle sends files using 256-bit AES encryption. DocShuttle also has the ability to send files through FTPS (SSL over FTP) on port 990 or port 2500.
If using DocShuttle to send files to a WebShuttle site, WebShuttle is also secure. WebShuttle uses standard 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption (HTTPS). All data is transmitted through this SSL protocol - the same type of security that banks use for their online transactions.
