If you are having trouble uploading dictation files to your WebShuttle site through your iShuttle Dictate app, here are a couple things to try:
1. Make sure you have a strong internet connection, whether WiFi or 3G. Uploading using a strong WiFi connection is usually the best method.
2. Eliminate any "/" or "\" in the subject line of your dictation file. These are invalid characters and will not allow the app to upload to the WebShuttle site.
