Recording dictation using VoIP soft phones

Now with WebShuttle or with Orator VoIP dictation system, callers can use VoIP phones to record dictation.  By adding the domain name of the VoIP dictation server into the SIP settings of your VoIP phone, you can make VoIP dictation calls.  We have used X-Lite from CounterPath as our recommend soft phone.  A link is below:
