How do I register my Bytescribe software?

There are two different ways to register your software. You can use a USB Dongle or use a Product Serial Number.

A USB Dongle (or just Dongle) is a small plastic piece that connects to a USB slot on your computer. Inside the Dongle is a chip that contains registration information for your Bytescribe software. Dongle licenses are valid for single concurrent registrations and unlimited consecutive registrations.

A Product Serial Number is a number, either printed on the envelope of your installation CD or emailed to you when you make a software download only purchase. Registering with a Product Serial Number requires that you briefly connect to our registration server to register the software. Product Serial Number licenses are valid for single concurrent registrations and have a lifetime limit of three consecutive registrations.
