I already have a footpedal. Is it compatible with the WavPlayer?

Even though two foot pedals may look similar, they may have different components.

To check and see if your foot pedal is supported by the WavPlayer software, please flip the foot pedal over and look for a large, white sticker in the center of the base. In the upper, right-hand corner of the sticker should be a model number, beginning with "IN-".

Please email that model number to us at support@bytescribe.com.

If you do not have a white sticker on the bottom of the foot pedal, or if the model number does not begin with "IN-", then most likely that foot pedal is not compatible.
