Document Manager not showing recent documents

If you are receiving documents fine in DocShuttle Dictator but do not see them in Document Manager, please check the following.

Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Document Manager". See below.

In Document Manager make sure the documents are sorted by the "File Date" column (in descending order) rather than by "Job No". See image below.

Therefore, when the job numbers change months after a "New Year" from December (12) to January (01), the files will stay at the top of the list.

Keep this in mind for any other DocShuttle Dictator users. You may wish to suggest other users sort by the "File Date" column (in descending order) to prevent this from happening in future years.
